A Bit About the Place:
The apartment is located just off Botany Rd, a 2min walk to the bus stop which takes you basically anywhere from the City, Cirqular Quay to Bondi & Coogee, Eastgardens etc.
A 5min walk to Botany Shops with everything you need, including a very cool local pub & IGA, Fish & Chip shop, Chinese/Thai.
The apartment is Fully Furnished (located on level 3) & your Bedroom can also be furnished or if you have your own stuff your bedroom can be unfurnished.
If you have a car there is an Underground Lock Up Garage you can use. It also has a Security Storage area we can use to store any excess stuff.
Our balcony is nice & sunny, its private and looks the lovely Sir Joephs Banks Parklands which has a great BBQ area & lots of grass to occupy on a sunny day.
Everything is always neat & tidy & the place is renovated about a year ago. I bascially take care of buying all of the household supplies so no additional costs or you there.
